This seminar will trace the origins of green codes, how they compare and differ from the rating systems that have been used, and examine some of their main features.
It will also cover issues related to transitioning from a rating system, where enforcement was by third party agencies, to a code that is enforced and inspected by building officials. It will be held on April 26, 2-3:30 p.m. ET.
