David Chipperfield Architects recently won an international design competition to design the new Rolex USA headquarters in New York City.

The 25-story, 165,000-sf building will be located on the corner of 5th Avenue and 53rd Street and will replace the existing building Rolex has occupied since the 1970s. The project, which is being designed in accordance with LEED Platinum, will feature new office areas for staff and tenants, a new Rolex store at ground level, and brand experiences across a wide range of the company’s interests.
