Dexter + Chaney, developer of Spectrum Construction Software, has doubled the size of its office space with the completion of a second office building on the company-owned 2.3-acre campus in North Seattle.
The new building, covering 12,000 square feet of space on three floors, is adjacent to the building that the company has occupied since 1999. The contractor was DLH Inc., of North Bend, WA, and the architect was Sortun-Vos of Seattle.
The new building features classroom facilities that will enable Dexter + Chaney to conduct training for clients on site. Its architecture matches that of the existing building and complements the natural beauty of the Dexter + Chaney campus. The site features dozens of evergreen and leaf-bearing trees that are native to the Northwest, an outdoor lunch space and other employee-friendly amenities.
