iProspect selects VLK Architects for new office design

iProspects new office, estimated around 25,000 sf, will focus on modernization and giving their employees a good living space.

Global digital marketing agency iProspect has selected VLKArchitects, Inc. for design services on its new Fort Worth office.

“iProspect is a very progressive online marketing agency,” states VLK Senior Associate Sloan Harris. “VLK was selected for its creative design expertise and we are excited to work with such a unique company on this project.”

Company growth prompted iProspect to make the decision to move to a new space. The company will be moving from its original location around the Stockyards in Fort Worth to the revitalized Cultural District area, off West 7th Street. “We’ve been in the Stockyards for 10 years and have loved that space,” says iProspect Managing Director Price Glomski. “We want to keep the ambiance from our Stockyards’ office location and we know VLK will be able to carry that design to our new office.”

iProspect’s new office, estimated around 25,000 sf, will focus on modernization and giving their employees a good living space. The open layout will allow employees to focus on group orientation and team building. A giant kitchen will be created to serve as the centerpiece of the office. In addition, the company wants to incorporate sustainable elements into the design. “We admire what VLK has done so far with green design and we want to embrace that in our new office,” states Glomski.
