Amityville, NY—January 19, 2009– Mark Searage and Raymond Caliendo, Principals of Art-Of-Form Architectural Services, PLLC (Art-Of-Form), announce the firm’s acquisition of Glueckert and Wieber Architects (G&W), in Holbrook, New York.
The acquisition represents a significant step for Art-Of-Form in its strategy to accelerate company growth. Owners, Bruce Glueckert and George Wieber, plan to retire and need a like-minded company to take over the business and clientele. Art-Of-Form currently has offices in Manhattan and Amityville, Long Island. The G&W Holbrook office will be closed and all architectural services will be relocated to Art-Of-Form’s Manhattan and Amityville offices. G&W’s clients will have the benefit of a firm with more resources to attend to their needs.
