A new 40-story residential tower will go up on London’s City Road, which is undergoing a mini construction boom, Construction Enquirer reports.
The Rocket Investments-developed Atlas Building, as the multifamily development will be named, resembles a series of blades stacked neatly on top of each other. It was designed by global architecture practice Make. Construction firm Mace was selected to build the tower, with construction scheduled to start in July.
In addition to the residential tower is a public piazza and retail and dining space. The project is due for completion at the end of 2018.
