Spaces, an IWG-company that owns and operates creative, flexible workspaces, has recently opened its third Chicago location in a former Sports Authority building at LaSalle and Ontario.
The eight-story, 80,000-sf location can provide workspace access to over 500 business professionals from companies of all sizes. The location offers private desks, collaborative business lounges, and secure conference rooms of varying sizes in a technology-rich space. Amenities include a private roof terrace, a gym space, and a large reception area.

Skender, the project’s general contractor, collaborated with an Atlanta-based group of architects at Nelson Companies, Loring Engineers out of North Carolina, local owner’s representative Himes Associates and Spaces Brand owner IWG to complete the project for an October 1 move-in date.
