ASTM International and NTA, Inc. are developing a new standard for Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) that would create a path for U.S. manufacturers to meet the requirements of the Canadian building code.

ASTM International and NTA, Inc. are developing a new standard for Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) that would create a path for U.S. manufactures to meet the requirements of the Canadian building code.

The new standard would be based on NTA IM014c for Structural Insulated Panels and is not intended to affect the current U.S. SIP certification programs.
