Philadelphia (January 2009) – EwingCole, an award-winning architecture and engineering firm based in Philadelphia, has hired senior architect Robert A. Flaynik, AIA, NCARB for its Philadelphia headquarters, president John Gerbner has announced. Â

An expert in the management of large, complex projects, Flaynik will be working on the Center of Excellence at C2CNT Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, a multifaceted EwingCole project for the US Government. Formerly with RMJM Hillier, he has an expertise in corporate, adaptive re-use and healthcare projects.

He is an architecture alumnus of Temple University and he is active in the local chapters of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute. Flaynik is a resident of Philadelphia.
