Built in 1929 for NW Ayer, the nation's first advertising agency, Philadelphia's landmark Ayer building has been transformed into a luxury condo development following a two-year, $75 million renovation project. Designed by local architects Wesley Wei and PZ Architects, the renovation created 56 condo units with high ceilings, expansive floor plans, high-end finishes, and panoramic views of the city. Amenities include a fitness center, onsite parking, and full-time concierge. The property is 70% sold, with units starting at $870,000 for one-bedroom condos and $3.9 million for penthouses.
