Irvine CA — Qasim Nawab has joined Suffolk Construction’s West Coast office as Director of Preconstruction Services. A senior construction professional, Nawab brings 30 years plus experience as an estimator, over 20 of those in Southern California where he has earned a reputation for excellence.

Nawab holds a Master of Science in Structural/Civil Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baroda, India. He is LEED Certified, and a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
