Skanska USA, a provider of construction management, preconstruction, and design-build services, announced Dina Miller as procurement manager for its Philadelphia region.
Miller brings more than 25 years of construction experience to Skanska, during which she has developed strong relationships with subcontractors who serve various markets in the Greater Philadelphia region, including higher education, corporate/commercial, residential, healthcare and pharmaceutical.
As procurement manager, Miller will assist Skanska’s preconstruction, estimating and diversity council teams to select the most qualified local subcontractors to work in collaboration with Skanska on projects throughout the region.
