The W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences will serve as the centerpiece of the 72-acre Victory master planned development when the 251-room, 33-story hotel (with 61 residential units) opens next month. A second tower with 83 condominium units has also been added to the project. HKS Inc. of Dallas designed both towers. Hillwood Capital of Dallas is the developer.
