SEGMENT 2: COVID-19's impact on sustainability and green buildings

BD+C's David Barista chats with Lance Hosey, FAIA, LEED Fellow, Design Principal and Chief Impact Officer with ‎HMC Architects, about COVID-19's impact on sustainability, the future of sustainable design and health/wellness design, and innovations happening within the green/sustainability side of the design market. They also discuss what it means to be a "Chief Impact Officer."

 

SEGMENT 3: JLL's construction outlook for the second half of 2020 and beyond

BD+C's John Caulfield talks to Henry D'Esposito, senior research analyst for JLL in Washington, D.C., about JLL's recent release of its Construction Outlook for the second half of 2020 and beyond, and more specifically six factors JLL predicts could affect the industry's direction going forward.
