David Alexander Devine is president of Commercial Roof Management San Jose, Inc. and a senior consultant in California's Bay Area with 30 years of waterproofing, roofing and building envelope experience. Devine’s work includes forensic investigation of water intrusion, design, and value engineering for historical structures and museums. He served on the board of directors for RCI and was a member for 20 years.
