Morgantown, WV – West Virginia University says construction of a $20-million to $24-million basketball practice facility is expected to begin in December. The 63,000-square-foot facility will house both men's and women's team. It will include two full practice courts, locker rooms, two player's lounges, a training/treatment area, administrative and coach's offices, and a Hall of Fame exhibition space.
