Offered in cast iron and plastic and shipped ready to install out of the box, the EZ1 drainage system can save contractors up to 14 minutes per drain installation, according to the maker. It includes an easy post-pour adjustment and tilt accessory package. Unlike competitor products, EZ1’s strainer is built into the assembly and lifts with the rough-in cover to ease contractor labor. Optional ZShield stops odors, gases, and insects from coming up through the drain while still allowing water to flow.
