In a previous blog, I shared that we have expanded our glass fabrication capabilities with the addition of a fully automated, state-of-the-art Pujol 100+ laminating line. I am excited to share that we have successfully completed SGCC (Safety Glazing Certification Council) certification requirements. We are approved to fabricate and label annealed, heat strengthened or tempered laminated safety glazing with a maximum individual lite size of 98” x 177”, depending on the laminate roll and type. We can produce the most common laminated glass make-ups using either a PVB, EVA or SGP interlayer (see below), as well as custom make-ups up to 500 mm (19.685 in) thick with multiple interlayers, glass, polycarbonates and other custom sheets. We can accommodate custom shapes as well!
