ComEd Smart Ideas for your Business and Energy Center University are hosting “Building Systems: Commissioning and Retro-commissioning,” presented by Rebecca Ellis, P.E., LEED AP, September 23, 2009 at Chase Tower in Chicago.  Commissioning and retro-commissioning of buildings is a cost-effective strategy to improve energy efficiency and ensure safe and efficient operation over time.
