CH2M Hill, a global engineering, construction, and operations firm headquartered in Englewood, Colo., announced that Lee A. McIntire has joined the firm as President and Chief Operating Officer. McIntire brings more than 30 years of professional experience in engineering and construction to the firm, including 15 years with the Bechtel Group, Inc. The company also announced that it has been issued a general contractor's license by the Shanghai Ministry of Construction in China. This enables CH2M Hill to provide consulting, engineering, project management, construction management, and fully integrated engineering, procurement and construction services. The license also positions CH2M Hill for future general building and public works facilities in China.
