In collaboration with ConsensusDocs, iSqFt has launched a new online platform designed to make the prequalification process for contractors and subcontractors seeking new work more efficient. The new application, which will also help manage information for prequalified companies, incorporates the ConsensusDocs 721 Subcontractor Prequalification Statement. Instead of repetitively filling out a form from scratch for multiple projects, a subcontractor seeking to be qualified will now be able to fill out the ConsensusDocs 721 once and share it with multiple general contractors for multiple projects. Contractors and owners can then integrate the information with the bid or negotiation process.
