The first newly constructed Signia by Hilton Hotel, a new upscale brand from Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., is set to be built in Atlanta, Ga.

The $308 million project will be located on the northwest corner of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus and will overlook Mercedes-Benz stadium. It will connect to the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) by a walkway.

Amenities will include 75,000 sf of meeting and event space, parking facilities, a spa, fitness facilities with a 6,670-sf pool deck, an outdoor event lawn and deck, a market, two chef-driven restaurants, and three destination bars. A lobby will welcome guests with locally inspired architecture, landscaping, and a contemporary design aesthetic.

Skanska and SG Contracting will provide reconstruction and construction management services for the Gensler-designed project. The hotel, which will serve as the headquarters hotel for the GWCC, is slated to open in early 2024.
