Nearly 360 Stantec employees from across five New York offices have been consolidated into one new location at 475 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The new space provides the company with 40,000 sf across four floors in a 24-story LEED Silver certified building.
Stantec interior designers Sharon Steinberg and Charles Mitchem designed the new space. Common areas such as cafes, a materials resource library, and consolidated printing centers were created to help bring all of the new employees together. “Because so many of us are new to each other, it was important to draw employees to other floors, and across floors,” says Mitchem.

475 Fifth Avenue is managed by JLL and features views of the New York Public Library and Bryant Park and is located just blocks from Grand Central Terminal.
