GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, knows that regular maintenance is critical for maximizing the life expectancy of every commercial roof. The recently enhanced WellRoof® Plus Program makes it easy and rewarding for commercial property owners to establish a roof maintenance program with a GAF Certified Maintenance Professional (CMP), who can exclusively offer this program.
The program will not only extend the length of the owner's GAF Diamond Pledge™ NDL Roof Guarantee by 25% but also contribute up to $500 towards an owner’s first preventative maintenance visit when provided by a GAF CMP.
Regular roof maintenance is critical to the performance and longevity of a building’s roofing system. Without it, the property is at risk of damage from leaks—not to mention the risk of jeopardizing its guarantee coverage. In fact, having a preventative maintenance program in place is good business, as owners who react to roof repair issues only as they arise can spend up to four times as much as someone who has an annual service program in place.
To ensure that owners get the full value of their guarantee, GAF is offering, through their WellRoof® Plus Program, to contribute up to $500 towards the initial roof inspection by a CMP on roofs greater than 100 squares. By establishing an annual preventative maintenance program, owners qualify for a 25% extension on their Diamond Pledge™ NDL Roof Guarantee—at no additional cost.
GAF’s WellRoof® Plus Program is simple to implement. Property owners with a GAF roof and Diamond Pledge guarantee need only notify their CMP that they are interested in establishing an annual preventative maintenance program and schedule their first roof inspection, paid for by GAF2. When they sign up for the WellRoof® Guarantee Extension, their GAF Diamond Pledge™ NDL Roof Guarantee will be extended by 25%. The CMP will perform annual inspections of the roof and any necessary maintenance to keep it watertight, and submit all necessary documentation to GAF to ensure that guarantee coverage is properly maintained.
Open to U.S. buildings only. Building must be 100 squares or greater to be eligible. Limit one inspection reimbursement per property address. Total reimbursement shall not exceed $500. Exclusively offered by GAF Certified Maintenance Professionals (CMPs).
