GIANTS 300 REPORT: Top 75 Construction Management Firms

The renovation of the Sawyer Library at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., required the demolition of two additions from the 1950s and 1960s to make way for a 130,000-sf, four-story concrete-framed expansion. Consigli Construction was the construction manager on the three-year retrofit, with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson (architect), CVM Professional (SE), and AltieriSeborWieber Consulting Engineers (MEP engineer).
