Goody Clancy, in collaboration with Elkus Manfredi Architects, has been awarded the planning and phase 1 services for The Ohio State University North Residential District Transformation.

The project, which is focused on developing a vibrant on-campus community of learning for OSU undergraduates, is anticipated to set new benchmarks in cost efficiency, approach to sustainability, and transforming the undergraduate experience through new housing and programs designed to increase undergraduate retention on campus, engagement and academic success.
