Lauren Mulrooney joins Hoffmann Architects as Business Development Manager for the New York City office, covering the greater New York metropolitan area and New Jersey. A veteran business development and marketing professional who excels at building relationships among property managers, developers, building users, contractors, and professional services firms, Mulrooney is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the New York City region.
Working in collaboration with project staff, marketing team members, and current and prospective clients, she develops winning technical proposals and packages that meet the building envelope needs of the diverse client and building types in the region. With a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and human communication studies from Arizona State University, Mulrooney has focused her varied industry experience on building brand reputation and developing meaningful client connections. She lives in Staten Island, New York.
