KLMK Group, LLC was recently awarded a contract with Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro, Ky., to provide Client Advisory and Project Management services for the new Owensboro Hospital.
Owensboro Medical Health System (OMHS) will build a new healthcare campus to meet the growing needs of patients in an eleven (11) county area surrounding the city of Owensboro, KY. The new campus will include a 350 to 400 bed hospital and a Medical Office Building. The property allows for future construction of additional outpatient and ancillary buildings. The campus will be built on a 150-acre site that is located on Pleasant Valley Road on the east side of the city of Owensboro. Preliminary total project costs are projected to be $340M.

In addition to Project Management services, KLMK will be conducting a Strategic Project Launch Readiness Assessment (SPLRA) to support the management team, aid in the development of the Implementation Plan for the new campus, and ensure that the corporate vision is implemented successfully.
