This fluid-applied, one-component membrane cures to form a resilient, monolithic, fully bonded elastomeric sheet when applied to construction surfaces.

The silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) liquid-applied air barrier does not wash off when exposed to light rain following application, avoiding weather delays.

Perm-A-Barrier VPL50 can be applied to a wide variety of commercial and residential exterior wall systems, including concrete block with a brick veneer or pre-formed cladding panels, and steel- or wood-stud walls with exterior gypsum sheathing, brick veneer, or pre-formed panels, plywood, and OSB.
