LPCiminelli, a New York-based construction firms, has established an office in Manhattan to serve the New York City metropolitan area.  The company, which is headquartered in Buffalo, has hired construction executive Steve Giordano to run the new office.

"We have always been a strategy-driven company, seeking to have our client relationships and industry partnerships lead the expansion of our geographic footprint as opposed to simply targeting a hot market and opening an office," said Louis P. Ciminelli, Chairman & CEO of LPCiminelli, Inc. "Presently, we have three significant projects in the greater New York region and more opportunities on the immediate horizon so the timing was right to establish a permanent presence in the city."

Giordano brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the position, all in the tri-state area. He was most recently Project Executive/Co-Operations Manager for the Interior Division with Hunter Roberts Construction Group.  Giordano is also an adjunct instructor at New York University, teaching numerous construction-related courses. +
