Set on about three acres at 407 W. 63rd Street in Westmont, Ill., Aspired Living of Westmont is a 107-unit assisted living and memory care community developed by Pathway to Living.

73 of the 107 units are independent or assisted living apartments that come in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath plans. They range in size from 400 sf to 1,180 sf. Each unit features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, ample closet space, and Juliet balconies. The one- and two-bedroom plans include in-unit laundry and a separate dining area.

The remaining 34 units are memory care studios. Each unit has its own private bathroom and residents are able to benefit from Pathway to Living’s A Knew Day memory care. Residents living with dementia can also take advantage of Spark of Life, an Australian program that focuses on patients’ physical needs and their social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Aspired Living of Westmont is the first senior housing community in the U.S. to offer Spark of Life.

The community’s many common areas include a restaurant and bistro, resident lounge with demonstration kitchen, bar/cocktail lounge, library, technology center, movie theater, art studio, and salon and spa. Fitness options for residents include a yoga studio, gym with personal trainers and programmable pneumatic equipment, and outdoor walking paths. An on-site therapy gym offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Aspired Living of Westmont is located near retail, restaurant and recreation offerings, and expressways. Thoma-Holec Design, an Arizona-based senior living design firm, designed the interiors for the recently opened community.
