SGC Horizon will debut two new events "virtually" this fall: ProConnect Sustainability | Wellness | Resilience (November 2-3) and ProConnect Education (PreK-12/Higher Ed. Nov 16-17).
ProConnect Multifamily will be held "live" (December 12-14) at the Renaissance Hotel, Nashville.
The events are open to qualified Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Developers, and Property Owners. There is no charge for qualified Attendees to participate.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PROCONNECT EVENTS
ProConnect events are designed for building professionals – developers, property owners, architects, engineers, builders, and contractors – who are responsible for recommending and specifying products for their projects. The events are free to qualified attendees selected by ProConnect staff.
Sponsorships are open to Building Product Manufacturers serving the respective market sector or building type for each ProConnect event.
To learn how to participate as a Sponsor or Attendee, contact Dan Gardner, ProConnect Program Director, dgardner@sgcmail.com; 989.860.7930.
PROCONNECT EDUCATION – K-12 TO UNIVERSITY
ProConnect Education (November 16-17) will explore the $106 billion U.S. construction sector serving PreK-12 schools and college/university campuses.
"At $106 billion a year in construction, Education is the single biggest construction sector in the commercial construction market, and our ProConnect format provides a unique way for specifiers to get together with product manufacturers to discuss current and future school and higher education projects," said Tony Mancini, Group Director and Principal, SGC Horizon LLC.
SUSTAINABILITY|WELLNESS|RESILIENCE – Nov 2-3
ProConnect Sustainability (Nov 2-3, 11am to 4:25pm ET) will enable developers, building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and sustainability consultants to meet 1-on-1 with building product manufacturers to discuss issues of sustainability, carbon emission reduction, building occupier health and wellness, and resilience of buildings and building products.
"Our new Sustainability event will give real estate developers and design and construction professionals across a broad range of building types the opportunity to discuss how to make their projects more sustainable, healthy, and resilient, while also achieving important certifications like LEED, WELL, Green Globes, PHIUS+, and the Living Building Challenge," said Rob Cassidy, Executive Editor, Building Design+Construction and Editor, MULTIFAMILY Design+Construction.

MULTIFAMILY PROCONNECT – DECEMBER 12-14

This event encompasses apartments, condominiums, townhomes, student housing, and senior living — from affordable to market-rate to luxury, and from low-rise to mid- and high-rise.
The Renaissance Hotel, Nashville, will be the site of ProCONNECT Multifamily, December 12-14, 2021.
20 PROCONNECT EVENTS IN THE LAST 4 YEARS
SGC Horizon has produced 20 ProConnect events since 2017, bringing hundreds of designers, developers, building owners, builders, and contractors together with product manufacturers for 8,853 confidential 1-on-1 meetings (20-25 minutes each) to discuss upcoming projects and potential product solutions.
Attendees and Product Manufacturers consistently rate ProConnect as "very good use of my time."
HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN PROCONNECT
Participation in ProConnect events is limited to building professionals – developers, property owners, architects, engineers, builders, and contractors – who are responsible for recommending and specifying products for their projects. Attendees must meet certain qualifications for participation; there is no fee for qualified Attendees.
Sponsorships are open to Building Product Manufacturers serving the respective market sector or building type for each ProConnect event.
