R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, WI, is providing sitework engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying services to Building Systems General Corp., Madison, WI, for the proposed Woodman's Food Market in Menomonee Falls, WI.
R.A. Smith National's services will include civil site design, stormwater management, off-site roadway improvements, landscape architecture, topographic survey, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey preparation.
Subject to approval by the village of Menomonee Falls, the proposed 238,000-square-foot Woodman's Food Market and auto-service facility will be located on a portion of the 33.4-acre site at the northwest corner of N. 124th St. and Leon Road, just off U.S. Highway 45.
