RICHMOND, Va. (February 11, 2009) – Baskervill recently completed work on Kimpton’s newest five-star boutique hotel in Alexandria, Va., which is scheduled to open February 12, 2009. As architect of record, Baskervill performed all of the interior architecture and room fits, collaborating with world-class designer Vincente Wolf. The Lorien features 107 luxurious guest rooms, a full-service spa and three culinary facilities.

The Kimpton Lorien is the latest five-star rated hospitality project recently completed by Baskervill. They also updated the guest rooms and public spaces for The Equinox Resort & Spa.
