SCS Capital Group will be developing the new Lake Murray Resort Hotel. Lake Murray Resort is a master planned $40-million resort development located in Lake Murray State Park near Ardmore, OK. Lake Murray State Park has 12,500 acres of recreational property, including a pristine 6,000-acre spring-fed, blue water lake. Currently Lake Murray State Park has 1.5 million visitors per year. SCS will have the only area of the park that will offer lodging.
In Phase Two, existing Lake Murray Lodge will be renovated and brought back to its former luster, preserving the history of the Lodge. There will also be a full renovation of 57 cabins located on the site. SCS will be adding 12 villas and an exclusive Safari Village with 12 five-star tents and exclusive recreational area.
