Having recently been acquired by Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), The Armory offers an unparalleled living experience for students attending Sam Houston State University. The Armory—a six-story building—comprises of studios and one- to five-bedroom layouts ranging between 336 and 1,900 sf. The fully furnished units feature washers, dryers, walk-in closets, and private balconies or patios for select floorplans.
