Tyler Mechanical Contracting was named as the mechanical contractor for the Chavez Prep-Bruce School project in Washington, D.C. The work features the renovation of a three-story existing school that includes a complete HVAC and plumbing renovation with boilers, fan coil units, air-cooled chiller, and energy-recovery units. Completion of the renovations is scheduled for July 2009.
