Now welcoming residents, The Smith No. 99 is the second phase of The Smith mixed-use community, following The Smith No. 89 which has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
Together, both buildings house “the largest amenity package in the South End,” according to the project team.

These include wall sculptures composed of mixed media and paper, a complex wood sculpture, and a graphic scrim mural celebrating the history of the South End.
In the individual units, The Smith No. 99 emphasizes an open-concept layout. Select apartments include ORI beds or outdoor balconies, while the majority feature stainless steel appliances, glass showers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
