CENTRIA Redefines Coating System with Versacor® Elite

The Versacor Elite Coating System is a premium metal coating system that provides the highest level of protection in the harshest climatic or environmental conditions.

By CENTRIA | February 5, 2014

CENTRIA, an industry leader in the design, development and manufacturing of architectural metal wall and roof systems, has redefined its dynamic and diverse line of coatings with the Versacor® Elite Coating System.

The Versacor Elite Coating System is a premium metal coating system that provides the highest level of protection in the harshest climatic or environmental conditions. Ultimately, it differs from normal coating systems because it offers a superior level of abrasion resistance, as well as protection against moisture and intense sunlight. The system achieves a high level of performance with a 2-mil-thick barrier coat over a metal substrate, along with premium PVDF top coats.

“This latest addition to our coatings line further expands the architect’s palette of possibilities,” said Rick Brow, Director of Marketing, CENTRIA. “The Versacor Elite coating is offered in our expansive catalog of colors for a variety of aesthetic choices, with the exceptional level of performance the industry has come to expect from CENTRIA.”

Versacor Elite PF includes CENTRIA’s wide array of solid color coatings, while Versacor Elite MX offers a pearlescent effect and Versacor Elite AM incorporates metallic effects. The extensive color selection is available for use on CENTRIA’s foam insulated wall panel systems, standing seam roofing, and single-skin metal panels with both concealed and exposed fasteners. CENTRIA’s Versacor Elite system includes a 25-year warranty on aluminum and 20-year warranty on steel products against cracking, chipping, peeling, color change, and chalking.
