Personalized services include a building and wellness concierge, centralized management of the property, and smart-building technology. Additionally, residents will be surrounded by beauty and color as they live, work, and play thanks to a curated collection of custom art installations throughout the property.
Living spaces will include studio- to three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 450 sf to 1,395 sf. Each residence will include kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes, a contemporary under-mount sink, and a curated high-end appliance package, imported and custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Italkraft, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, built-out closets in the primary bedrooms, designer polymer wood flooring, flooring selections included with specifications by Cotofana Designs, and a contemporary lighting package.
