Located at 9015 Ingram Road in San Antonio, Texas, the new senior living development incorporates 197 units on a six-acre site.
TDHCA HOUSING TAX CREDIT PROGRAM INSTRUMENTAL IN THE FINANCING
The project is a participant of the Housing Tax Credit Program administered by the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs with financing provided through the HUD 221(d)(4) program.

Designed by B&A Architects, the four-story wood-frame building features an attractive exterior of manufactured stone and fiber cement lap siding.
