The Residences of Crystal Lake, an affordable, independent senior living facility in Crystal Lake, Ill., has officially completed construction.

The 63,000-sf, 60-unit facility features 48 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. This includes six ADA-accessible units, 12 adaptable units, and two sensory units. The project includes amenities such as a fitness area, theater room, community rooms, computer rooms, a gazebo, and outdoor spaces spread across approximately five acres of landscape and hardscape. The project marks the larges multi-unit residential project in Crystal Lake in the past few years.

UrbanWorks was the architect, Skender provided reconstruction and construction services, Groundwork was the civil engineer, and DKI and TH Associates were the developers.
