Another shipping container development is now gaining traction as construction begins and tenants move in.
The Green Jeans Farmery in Albuquerque, N.M., already has a hydroponic farm component courtesy of owner and entrepreneur Roy Solomon, according to Albuquerque Business First. Solomon is growing vegetables and herbs as a precursor to a year-round neighborhood growers’ market concept.Â
Santa Fe Brewing Co. recently signed on as a tenant in the 1.5-acre development. Solomon is currently seeking concepts such as a flower bar, spice depot, coffee shop, eatery, and a wine bar for the Green Jeans Farmery.
