At 28-stories, MIRO, a mixed-use residential project, is set to be the new tallest building in San Jose.

The design features two towers with the same window wall and curtain wall systems and alternating balconies. The rooftop of the West Tower will feature amenities for indoor/outdoor social gatherings and private events with seating. The East Tower will feature outdoor seating and fitness. Each rooftop will be landscaped and offer views of the surrounding area.

The towers, which recently celebrated their topping out, stretch along E. Santa Clara Street between 4th and 5th Streets and sit atop a parking structure with four levels of above grade parking, three levels of below grade parking, and a landscaped roof with pool deck and amenities.

Additionally, the ground level of the parking structure will include approximately 15,000 sf of retail. Grand entry lobbies will face E. Santa Clara Street with a shared apartment entry lobby that leads to a double-height flex/retail space anchored at the southwest corner on level three.

The 630-unit project is slated for completion in spring 2021. Suffolk is building the project with Bayview Development Group as the Developer and Steinberg Hart as the architect.
